How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact Bandspeed Support at support@bandspeed.com.  Products are accepted as returns within 30 days of purchase as long as they've been unused.  Once a product has been received back and inspected, Bandspeed will refund your credit card charge.  For product warranty replacements, please also contact support@bandspeed.com and request an RMA.  Once the product has been received and inspected, a replacement will be sent out.
